After a debut album in 2022, an EP in 2023, shows with Turnstile, Militarie Gun, Thursday and Refused, as well as tours across the US and UK, Phantom Bay returns with Rite of Passage - three songs, under ten minutes, and some of their most focused and emotionally direct work to date.

Life's Close channels perseverance and resilience into something almost devotional — a song that keeps pounding not out of aggression, but out of genuine conviction that forward motion, however small, is enough. Partisan turns inward, wrestling with self-doubt, double standards and the messy reality of trying to live by your own values — an honest look at what punk actually means as an adult. The EP closes with a driving reinterpretation of Interpol's PDA, stripped of its original cool detachment and rebuilt entirely on Phantom Bay's own terms.
